Ningbo SUNPU LED Co., Ltd. was founded in 2003 with registered capital of CNY 84.96 million and total investment of CNY 500 million. Since our inception, we have been focusing on optoelectronic semiconductors, LED module solutions, and LED lighting applications in the optical technology industry, which makes us become a national high-tech enterprise and a technologically advanced manufacturer of professional high-quality LED optical technology products in China.

We have an advanced optoelectronic semiconductor manufacturing base, with 55,000 square meters of high-standard factory buildings, more than 200 automatic production lines, and more than 100 professional R&D staff. In addition, we have built a new 90,000-square-meter low-carbon SUNPU Optoelectronic Science and Technology Park to vigorously promote the development and industrialization of high-quality optical devices, deep ultraviolet devices and intelligent sensing devices based on third-generation semiconductors.

With an enterprise research institute, a provincial engineering technology center, a CNAS-accredited laboratory, and a TUV-accredited laboratory, etc., we are a co-builder of the State Key Laboratory of Solid State Lighting. We have undertaken 8 national major science and technology research projects, including the National High-Tech R&D Program (863 Program) in the 10th, 11th, 12th, and 13th Five-Year Plans, and the National Science and Technology Support Program, and have won the first prize and second prize of Zhejiang Provincial Award for Progress in Science and Technology, Ningbo Municipal Award for Progress in Science and Technology, the Outstanding Contribution Award by China Solid State Lighting Alliance, and other honors. More than 300 domestic and foreign patents, including more than 40 invention patents, are obtained here, with a perfect management system.

We possess advanced technologies in the industry, such as the full spectrum technology, sunlight-like technology, blue light free technology, eutectic packaging technology, chip array design technology, UVC sterilization technology, UVC air purification technology, UVC water purification technology, optical intelligent control technology, optical module technology, etc.
